SL CORP s.r.o. operates strictly as a commercial intermediary. We do not act as a seller, buyer, trader, reseller, or physical handler of petroleum products, commodities, or any related materials. Our role is limited to facilitating communication and introducing potential counterparties who may choose to negotiate directly with each other.

SL CORP s.r.o. does not issue, guarantee, certify, or validate any product specifications, quantities, prices, documentation, or commercial offers provided by third parties. All verification, due diligence, and contractual decisions remain exclusively the responsibility of the involved parties.

Limitation of Liability

SL CORP s.r.o. is not liable for:

the authenticity or accuracy of documents provided by third parties,
the financial capability, reliability, or performance of any counterparty,
the outcome of negotiations or transactions between introduced parties,
any losses, damages, or disputes arising from commercial dealings between third parties.

All parties must conduct their own independent due diligence before entering into any agreement.

KYC / KYB & AML Compliance

Although SL CORP s.r.o. does not participate directly in transactions, we adhere to essential compliance principles:

We may request identification documents (KYC/KYB) to verify the legitimacy of counterparties.
We do not engage with entities involved in illegal activities, sanctions violations, fraud, or money laundering.
We reserve the right to decline introductions if provided information is incomplete, inconsistent, or suspicious.

Our compliance approach ensures responsible and transparent intermediation within international commercial standards.

Operational Process

Our intermediation process typically includes:

Initial Contact – Understanding the needs and objectives of each party.
Preliminary Verification – Basic legitimacy screening of the interested parties.
Introduction – Connecting the parties so they can communicate directly.
Direct Negotiation – All commercial, contractual, and logistical decisions are handled exclusively between the parties.

SL CORP s.r.o. does not participate in contract drafting, pricing, logistics, payment arrangements, or product handling.

Jurisdiction

All activities of SL CORP s.r.o. are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
