Before introducing any counterparty, we perform a basic due diligence review to ensure legitimacy, seriousness and compliance with international commercial standards. 

We may request essential KYC/KYB documentation to verify identity, company structure and operational credibility.

Brokerage Process

Our intermediation model is simple and efficient:

1. Initial Contact – Understanding the needs and objectives of each party.

2. Preliminary Verification – Basic legitimacy screening.

3. Introduction – Connecting the parties so they can communicate directly.

4. Direct Negotiation – All commercial, contractual and logistical decisions are handled exclusively between the parties.

SL CORP s.r.o. does not participate in contract drafting, pricing, logistics, payment arrangements or product handling.
